(1) In a world in which following trends seems like a great idea, we NAoW must face the truth and stand out. The New Artists of [the] World Club is a group in which people come and to get away from the extreme world of conformities, in order to express our feelings and talents. NAoW is a club in which people can express their talents to show that one person will make a difference. Whether you are better at the Literary Arts, the Performing Arts, the Visual Arts, or other forms of "art" we feel that everyone can make a difference, because "there's a whole new world / Waiting there for us/ Waiting just for us...* " This may sound like some Romanticist garbage that means no sense, but in many ways we believe in the balance of the Romanists and the Classicist.

(2) While other clubs will just show off to a small population, we look for contest opportunities, artistic showoffs, and battles of great art and so on to look at culture in a new perspective. We hope to go to an international level and love to receive new information. At meetings we will have groups work together and eventually come together to show us what each wishes to show at the main meetings on Monday.

(3) We are organized by the following: Leader, Head of Information, Treasurer, Secretary, Presidency of Visual, Presidency of Literary, Presidency of Performing, and Adult Supervisor. In meetings we do a member count, then proceed on to announcements by the Informant status and continue on with any extra business. For example after all has been accounted for, then you can go on with sharing of talents and/or free time.

To join our Newsletter contact our email address with the subject: "The NAoW" and you will be added to our mail distribution. "The NAoW" will be updated the second Monday of Each Month unless for important Mail announcements. We will be having very soon our first website: [link] but at the moment it is still under construction.

(5) You can start NAoW where you live by joining NAoW and following the rules. It is rather easy. First, advertise for members, we have to have members in order to start meetings. It is best to entice your friends to help you start out the club. Second step is to find a meeting place; it can be your City's library or a location relatively close to all members. If you have minors under the city/state/nation's requirements in may be a good idea to find an adult supervisor that you trust to come to a meeting (e.g. I'll be starting mine at my high school with a teacher). When you have the first official meeting, pick a date that most members can come to (e.g. at my high school not very many clubs have meetings on Monday school lunch so that is the meeting date I will most likely pick). It should generally be once a week unless for holiday reasons. Send us an email your member list (real names or deviant art accounts not required), a group name based on decision (e.g. The Kings), and pick your presidency. After all this you are an official group of NAoW! (It is advised that you have fundraisers for your group because some contests require money entry.)

If your group has art they would like to post on the website and/or the deviant art account just email us the art/story/article (or PM this account) at: "the_naow_club@yahoo.com" We will reply back when we have received your email and when we have posted your art/story/article. You can also post your Journal Updates by PMing me and I will gladly accept your updates and post them here. The preferred subject would be: "Journal Update: *insert group name here*" The information should contain the following: presidency as stands in your group, the preferred name of the entry, the date and time written and the writer of the article.

(6) Okay, now for my introduction. Hi, my name is JB Keyser, and I'm the main founder of NAoW. I'm sixteen (turning seventeen), and I live in Southern California (not going any farther than that). I do have a deviant art name other than this, it's called suizome. I do post art on it, and I do have a social life. Yes I am single, no I don't want your name, address and other things you would put on a dating profile. I'm right now the only member (that's because I just started it today), and I will be advertising and getting a bunch of papers signed at my high school. Our group is the Queens (no you can not use that name), and we will probably be the group updating this account the most. Not because we have lots of artistic talent, but I'm the one that has the password to the account at the moment. I enjoy drawing lots of pictures, writing fictional stories/songs/poems, and singing/listening songs with friends, hanging out and surfing the internet with friends, reading lots of interesting books, cooking yummy food, and doing lots of exercise because of how much food I do eat. Anyway, that's me! And I hope you enjoy NAoW.
